Inspection

Helps prevent separations by finding the penetrations that cause them.

• Test all of your tires, including light commercial, medium truck, bus and super singles
• Each of our 3 testers are free standing so they can be used at any time in the retread process, including during final inspection
• Uses electrical impulses to detect nails, nail holes, cuts and bad repairs
• Total test takes 32 seconds or less per tire

Repair Station

• Built-in worktable
• Features 180-degree side-to-side tire swivel
• 2 Double inspection/repair station has room for 2 operators
• Four foot valves enable hands-free operation

Buffer

• 2 computer-controlled buffing machines buff to preset values
• The buffers track tire rate data and can store up to one thousand programs in decimal inch, fraction or metric measurements, so it is operational worldwide
• A steel belt detector is programmable for underbase thickness for each tire
• Electronic tire diameter measuring, computer controlled side walls buffing, and built-in cooling blade system

Cushion Application

• Eliminates need for spray cement and booth which is good for the environment
• Fills nail holes, buzzouts, and applies cushion in one easy step under pressure

Precure Tread Builder
